Why use it

Why use our Collage Maker tool

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many photos can I put in a collage?

A collage holds 2 to 9 photos. For more, switch to Contact sheet mode, which arranges up to 200 photos in a grid of 1 to 10 columns.

What size should an Instagram collage be?

Use 1:1 or 4:5 for a feed post and 9:16 for a story or reel. A 2048 px output is sharper than Instagram needs, so it stays crisp after their compression.

How do I change which part of a photo shows?

Drag the photo inside its cell, or select it and use the zoom slider. With a keyboard, focus a cell and use the arrow keys to pan and + / − to zoom.

Can I swap two photos?

Yes. Drag the ✥ handle in a cell's corner onto another cell and the two photos trade places. On a keyboard, focus the handle and press the arrow keys.

Are my photos uploaded to make the collage?

No. The collage is drawn on a canvas in your browser and saved straight to your device. Your photos never leave it.
