How it works

How to use Bulk QR Code Generator

  1. Paste one link or text per line, or upload a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets.

  2. For a CSV, pick the column to encode, the column that names each file and an optional caption column.

  3. Choose PNG or SVG, the size, error correction, margin and colours — the preview shows the first codes.

  4. Download a ZIP with one image per row, or a PDF label sheet (A4 3×8, A4 4×10, Letter 3×10 or your own grid) ready to print.

Why use it

Why use our Bulk QR Code Generator tool

Up to 5,000 codes per batch

Codes are drawn in small slices with a live progress bar, so the page stays responsive even on a budget phone — and you can cancel at any time.

Files named by your data

Each image is named from the column you choose (a product name, ticket number or ID), cleaned of characters Windows and macOS reject and de-duplicated automatically.

Printable label sheets

Lay codes out on standard A4 or US Letter label stock, including the Avery 5160 layout, with an optional caption under each code. Or set your own rows, columns, margins and gaps.

Row-by-row validation

Empty cells and content too long for a QR code are listed with their line number and skipped, so one bad row never ruins the whole batch.

Your list stays on your device

The CSV is read and every code is generated inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged or stored on a server.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes can I generate at once?

Up to 5,000 rows per batch. A thousand codes usually take a few seconds on a laptop and a little longer on a phone. For bigger jobs, split the list into several files and run them one after another.

What should my CSV look like?

Any CSV or spreadsheet export works: one row per code, with the content (usually a URL) in one column and, optionally, a name or ID in another. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe separators are detected automatically, and you can say whether the first row holds column names.

Which label sheets are supported?

A4 3×8 (63.5 × 33.9 mm), A4 4×10 (45.7 × 25.4 mm) and US Letter 3×10 (2⅝ × 1 in, the Avery 5160 / 8160 layout). Choose Custom to enter any rows, columns, margins and gaps in millimetres for other stock.

Why are some rows skipped?

A row is skipped when its content cell is empty or holds more data than a QR code can store at the chosen error-correction level (about 2,300 bytes at level M). The list under the preview shows each skipped line and the reason.

My printed labels don't line up — what's wrong?

Print the PDF at 100% or “Actual size”. “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit” scales the sheet and pushes codes off the labels. Tick “Draw label outlines” and test on plain paper held against your label sheet first.

Do bulk QR codes expire?

No. These are static QR codes — the content is stored in the pattern itself, so they work forever with no redirect service, subscription or tracking.
