Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There’s no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices, quotes or receipts you create.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your browser. The PDF is created on your device, and “Save draft” keeps a copy in this browser’s local storage — nothing is sent to a server.
How are tax and discounts calculated?
For each line, quantity × unit price gives the amount, the line discount is taken off, and tax is charged on what’s left. Every step is rounded to the cent, then the lines are added up, so the totals always match the rows.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo; it is resized in your browser and placed at the top of the document.
Why does my currency show as a code like “INR” in the PDF?
The built-in PDF fonts include the $, €, £ and ¥ symbols but not others such as ₹ or ₦, so the PDF uses the currency code instead to stay readable everywhere.
Can I write my invoice in another language?
Latin-script languages such as English, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese work. Characters from other scripts can’t be shown by the built-in PDF fonts and are replaced with “?” — the tool warns you before you download.
