How it works

How to use Audio Joiner

  1. Drop two or more audio files — MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG or FLAC, even mixed together.

  2. Put them in order by dragging the grip, or focus it and use the ↑ / ↓ keys.

  3. Choose a gap of silence or a crossfade between clips, and an optional fade in and fade out.

  4. Pick MP3, WAV or M4A and click Join & download. Check the waveform and play the result.

Why use it

Why use our Audio Joiner tool

Mix any formats

Combine an MP3, a WAV and a voice memo in one go — everything is resampled to the same sample rate automatically.

Gaps or crossfades

Add up to 5 seconds of silence between clips, or blend them with a smooth equal-power crossfade for DJ-style transitions.

Fades and normalize

Fade the whole mix in and out, and normalize the peak to −1 dB so quiet and loud clips end up at a sensible level.

Waveform preview

See the waveform of the joined track and listen to it right on the page before sharing.

Private and offline

Decoding, mixing and encoding run in your browser. Your audio is never uploaded.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I merge MP3 files into one?

Drop the MP3s here, arrange them in the order you want, leave the gap at 0 ms for a seamless join, choose MP3 and click Join & download.

Can I join files with different formats or sample rates?

Yes. Every clip is decoded and resampled to the output sample rate (44.1 or 48 kHz), and mono clips are played on both stereo channels.

What's the difference between a gap and a crossfade?

A gap inserts silence between clips, making the result longer. A crossfade overlaps the end of one clip with the start of the next, making it shorter and smoother. Crossfades are limited to half the shorter clip.

Is there a limit on the number of files?

No fixed limit. Everything is mixed in memory, so very long results (several hours) may be too much for phones.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The whole process happens inside your browser tab.
